1. The challenge in this petition is to the order of transfer dated 28.08.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Durg to Bemetara.

2. The solitary ground of challenge is that the petitioner is a widower and that his son is suffering from Renal failure wherein both the kidneys of the son of the petitioner has been damaged and he is undergoing frequent dialysis and has to frequently go to the Hospital and therefore any transfer made at this juncture could be fatal to the treatment which is being being provided to his son.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the concerned respondent/City Police Establishment Board within a period two weeks from today and on receipt of such being made, the concerned respondents should sympathetically consider the claim of the petitioner

for being retained at the present place of posting considering the heath condition of his son. Till the said representation is decided, the impugned order dated 28.08.2018 so far as the petitioner is concerned, shall not be given effect to.
