1. The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 04.12.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Dantewada to Balod on Administrative ground on the post of Assistant Food Officer.

2. Considering the duration of the petitioner at the present place of positing, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned order. However, the right of the petitioner stands reserved for approaching the

respondent-authorities in-respect-of any personal inconvenience that he has on compliance of the order of transfer, which if made, the authorities concerned are expected to take a sympathetic consideration and decide the same at the earliest.
