1. The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.83/2017 registered at Police Station Akaltara, District Janjgir-Champa for offence under Section 304-B of the IPC.

2. The applicant was married with the deceased in the month of April/May, 2016.

3. Considering the nature of allegations pertaining to demand of fridge by the applicant as also the allegation of commission of physical cruelty upon the deceased, it is not a fit case for releasing the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
