1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 27.08.2019 Annexure P-1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Rajnandgaon to Surajpur.

2. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer inasmuch as the petitioner was earlier posted from Balodabazar to Naya Raipur vide order dated

04.05.2016. Thereafter, he was transferred from Raipur to Durg vide order dated 27.12.2017 and on 08.02.2019 the petitioner was again transferred from Durg to Raipur. Again an order of transfer was issued on 06.03.2019 transferring the petitioner from Raipur to Rajnandgaon. Now, in less than 6 months time, vide impugned order dated 27.08.2019, the petitioner is being transferred from Rajnandgaon to Surajpur. He submits that the aforesaid orders would show that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfers.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today and the respondents in turn shall consider the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.
