It is submitted that the petitioner is a member of Scheduled Tribe. The petitioner has filed an application under Section 170B of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 on 13-05-2019, the proceeding on this application has been drawn, but there is no progress so far. Therefore, direction may be issued

-2for early disposal of the case.

The State counsel has no objection if the case is disposed off with direction.

After considering on the submission the respondent No.3 is directed to take up the proceeding in Revenue Case No.13/B-121/2020-21 on the application filed by the petitioner and conclude the proceeding at the earliest preferably within a period of four months.

The petition is disposed off.
