1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of 2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, C.G. praying for extension of time in disposal of H.M.A. Case No.748 of 2016 between the parties Smt. Vijaya Kurre Vs. Vinod Kurre.

2. This Court had while disposing off the W.P.(227) No.11/2020 on 02.03.2020 directed the Family Court to dispose off the case within a period of six months. As the proceeding could not be concluded during the period granted to the Court and according to the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D., it appears that the reason for delay caused is bonafide, therefore, the prayer made in the P.U.D. is allowed and a further period of six months is granted to the learned Family Court to dispose off the case concerned.

3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) Judge Monika
