1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 22.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred Kabirdham to Rajnandgaon.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that he was appointed vide the order dated 07.12.2016 and as on date he is on probation and the rules and guidelines of the State Government envisages that probationer cannot be transferred as the same may have an adverse effect on the claim of the petitioner for confirmation.

3. Given the facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today and on receipt of representation of the petitioner respondents shall decide the same

within a period of 45 days. While considering the same, the respondents shall take into consideration the fact that petitioner is a probationer.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
