This Cr.M.P has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.10.2021 passed in M.Cr.C No.8059/2021.

It is submitted by Shri Tandon that name of the police station has wrongly been mentioned in the Petition as "Chakradharnagar, Chowki Jutemill, District-Raigarh (CG)" whereas, it should have been "Chowki Jutemill, City Kotwali, Raigarh (CG)". He further submits that in the said order, the crime number has wrongly been mentioned as "Crime No.760/2021" whereas, it should have been "Crime No.760/2020". He, therefore, prays that the said errors may be rectified/modified accordingly. 3.

On due consideration of the reasons assigned therein and further considering the fact that the said errors have occurred due to inadvertence, the same is allowed and the order dated 29.10.2021 is hereby modified.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 1st paragraph of the order dated 29.10.2021 passed in M.Cr.C No.8059/2021, instead of the words "Crime No.760/2021" and "Police Station - Chakradharnagar, Chowki, Jutemill, District - Raigarh", the words "Crime No.760/2020" and "Chowki Jutemill, City Kotwali, Raigarh (CG)" shall be read henceforth. 5.

Accordingly, the instant Cr.M.P stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification.
