Mr. Somkant Verma, Panel Lawyer for the State/Respondents. Heard The petitioner has imparted skill education under Mukhyamantri Nirman Mazdoor Kaushal Vikas Avam Parivar Sashaktikaran Yojna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to Respondents. Learned counsel prays that presently the petitioner may be given liberty to make representation to respondent No.2 & 4 to reddress his grievance. Considering the prayer made, the petitioner is given liberty to make representation before respondent No.2 & 4 with all necessary documents. If such a representation is filed within 4 weeks, the same
shall be decided within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of representation. The respondent authorities may also release the undisputed amount.
With such observation/direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
