Mr. Gagan Tiwari, Dy. Govt. Advocate, for the State. The petitioner has imparted skill education Under Mukhyamantri Nirman Mazdoor Kaushal Vikas Avam Parivar Sashaktikaran Yojna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to Respondent No.4. Learned counsel prays that presently the petitioner may be given liberty to make representation to respondent No.1 to reddress his grievance.

Considering the prayer made, the petitioner is given liberty to make representation before respondent no.1 with all necessary documents. If such a representation is filed within 4 weeks, the same shall be decided within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of representation.

With such observation/direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
