1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.54/2017 registered at Police Station Farsabahar, District Jashpur for offence under Sections 363, 370 and 371 of the IPC.

2. One Sukhlal, father of the victim, lodged a report on 19.6.2017, inter alia, alleging that the present applicant has enticed and promised his daughter to provide job at Delhi and has thereafter abducted her and sold her to some other person at Delhi.

3. Case diary statement and the statement under Section 164 CrPC of the victim are read over by the State Counsel while opposing the bail application. The victim is not making any statement that she was ill-

treated or sold by the present applicant. She is also not making any allegation that the applicant falsely assured her to provide employment and on that pretext she was abducted. The applicant is in jail since 28.6.2017.

4. Considering the period of pre-trial detention, quality of evidence against the applicant and for the fact that investigation is complete as the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. She is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
