1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 22.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Korba to Kabirdham.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that wife of the petitioner is also a government employee and is working at Korba and now the petitioner contrary to the transfer policy is being sent to a different place. Whereas the respondent authorities should have considered

-2the petitioner as far as possible accommodating at the place where his wife is also working.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today and respondents on receipt of representation shall consider and decide the same within a period of 45 days.

4. Till decision is on the representation of the petitioner, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
