The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 4651/2019 which got dismissed on account of a peremptory order passed by this Court on 08.08.2019.

The reason assigned in the application and considering the submission made by the Counsel for the Petitioner, subject to the Petitioner depositing a cost of Rs. 1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036 within 7 days, the writ petition WPS No. 4651/2019 shall stand restore to its original number. In case, if the petitioner fails to deposit the cost of amount within 7 days, this order would lose its efficacy.
