Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 08.10.2018 The claim of the petitioner is for grant of the relief as has been granted by this Court in the case of Mukesh Kumar Patel and another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and another in WPS No.2530 of 2017 dated 28.11.2017.

Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has not completed the requisite length of service for grant of the said benefit.

Given the fact, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that subject to the petitioner's fulfilling the requisite length of service for grant of the relief sought for, it is expected that the respondents shall consider the same.
