1. The claim of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is that the petitioner is working with the respondents for more than two decades now and respondents till date have not considered the claim of the petitioner for regularization.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, let petitioner be permitted to make representation in this regard to respondent No. 1 & 2 and respondent No. 1 & 2 in turn may decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 and all subsequent circulars issued by the State Government.

3. The limited prayer which the petitioner has made is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stand disposed off with a direction that petitioner shall make a detailed representation supported with all relevant records, circulars and notifications of the State Government within a period of three weeks from today and respondent No. 2 & 3 in turn may decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of representation which shall be filed by the petitioner.
