Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 23/11/2021 1) This criminal revision is filed under Section 397/401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 26/07/2021 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge Baikunthpur, District Korea (C.G.) in S.T. No. 55/2021 framing charge under Sections 306/34 & 498-A/34 of Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

2) Learned counsel for the petitioners seek to withdraw the instant revision petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before appropriate Bench. Further he prays for return of certified copy of the impugned order.

3) Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.

4) Registry is directed to return certified copy of the impugned order to the Counsel for the petitioners on his furnishing true authenticated xerox of the same.
