1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to release of the retiral dues at the earliest which has not been paid to the petitioner till date though he has retired w.e.f. 30.11.2016.

2. The respondents have filed their reply and in their reply the respondents have taken a stand that the petitioner has been repeatedly called upon by the authorities for furnishing certain information details and documents and the petitioner till date has not submitted/furnished those details and records, therefore the retiral dues could not be settled.

3. Given the aforesaid stand taken by the State Government, this Court is of the opinion that let the petitioner appear before the respondent No.3 for furnishing all these details, which are required by the respondents as per their reply, if the petitioner has till date not done so. If the petitioner has already provided these information and records, the respondent No.3 in turn

-2shall process the same and forward it to the concerned authorities for settlement of the retiral dues at the earliest. Subject to the petitioner's rendering all cooperations for finalization of the retiral dues by furnishing all the requisite formalities, the respondents are expected to settle the dues payable to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
