The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for modification of order dated 23.09.2021 passed by this Court in CRMP No. 1132 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court vide order dated 23.09.2021 in CRMP No. 1132 of 2017 has granted liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application for grant of sanction before State Government. He would further submit that instead of that liberty, the petitioner may be granted liberty to file Criminal Revision.

Prayer is allowed.

The order passed by this Court in CRMP No. 1132 of 2017 is modified to the extent that instead of liberty granted to the
petitioner to file appropriate application for grant of sanction before State Government, the petitioner is granted liberty to file Criminal Revision before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

Rest of the order dated 23.09.2021 passed by this Court in CRMP No. 1132 of 2017 shall remain intact.

In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of. 7.
A copy of this order be kept in the order dated 23.09.2021 passed in CRMP No. 1132 of 2017.
