After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and also seeks direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of four months.
