Registry has pointed out that there is some typographical error in the array of the parties of the order dated 14.08.2019 as in place of 'M/s Shankara Construction', 'M/s Shankara Enterprises' has been typed.

While finally disposing of Writ Petition (C) No. 2433 of 2019, I.A. No. 3 of 2019, application for amendment in the cause title, was also allowed. It appears that the same could not be incorporated in the final order passed on the said date. 4.

In view of the same, the cause title of the order dated 14.08.2019 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 2433 of 2019, is rectified to the effect that in place of 'M/s Shankara Enterprises', the same be read as 'M/s Shankara Construction'. Rest of the contents of the order shall remain same. 5.

Accordingly, this MCC stands disposed off.
