The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 30.09.2019 in connection with Crime No. 338/2019 registered in Police Station- New Rajendra Nagar, District (Revenue & Civil) Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 307 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
