1. First bail application of applicant was dismissed on merit on 20.07.2021.

2. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant and complainant entered into compromise prior to the rejection of bail application, but at the time of hearing of bail application on 20.07.2021, no document to this effect has been placed on record.

3. After considering the entire facts and circumstances of this case, submissions of learned counsel for applicant therein, bail application was dismissed on merit. Learned counsel for applicant failed to bring to the notice of this Court any change in circumstances. Hence, this second bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C cannot be considered and it is liable to be dismissed.
