Ms. Sunita Jain, Govt. Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 28.08.2019 passed by this court in WPS No.6603 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that the impugned order has been wrongly dated in the order, inasmuch as, the order under challenge in the original writ petition was 19.08.2019, however, inadvertently in paragraph-1 the same has been reflected as 12.07.2019. The said modification sought for is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, MCC stands allowed. In the order dated 28.08.2019, the date of impugned order shall be read as 19.08.2019 instead of 12.07.2019. Let a copy of this order be made part of the records of the original writ petition WPS No.6603 of 2019.
