The instant petition is for correction of Crime number. The bail was granted to the petitioner in M.Cr.C. (A) No. 636/2016 on 04.08.2016. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake in the bail petition the Crime number 152/2015 has been shown whereas the actual Crime Number is 152/2016, therefore, the same correction may be done.

State counsel do not dispute the same.

Considering the fact and the FIR, in the order dated 04.08.2016 passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 636 of 2016, the Crime number 152/2015 be read as Crime number 152/2016, rest of the condition of the order

dated 04.08.2016 shall remain the same.
