1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.188/2017 registered at Police Station Dharmajaigarh, District Raigarh for offences under Sections 451, 354 and 323 of the IPC.

2. Although the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, however, considering the fact that the applicant is involved in similar nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to repeat his prayer for bail after examination of the prosecutrix.
