1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in taking a decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. According to the petitioner, her husband namely Late Pradeep kumar Dhruw was working as Shikshakarmi Grade- III at Primary School Dhamni, Block Palari, Baloda Bazar and he died in harness on 15.05.2011. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached the respondent-

authorities for grant of compassionate appointment, however till date the application has not been finalized and the petitioner is facing great difficulties in surviving.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture, is disposed of directing the respondents No. 3 to 5 to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment in accordance with Schemes and Rules governing the filed at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
