The instant petition is against the order dated 31.05.2019 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Ambikapur whereby certain finding have been arrived at by the District Consumer Forum against the petitioner. 2.

Since, the order is passed by the District Consumer Forum, under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, an alternative remedy of filing appeal before the State Commission is available to the petitioner. Therefore, I am not inclined to enter into the merits of the case. The

petitioner if so aggrieved may file an appeal before the State Commission. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.
