1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.144/2019 registered at Police Station- Mohla, District Rajnandgaon, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 376(L) and 450 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. However, he prays for return of certified copy of the impugned order.

3. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
