1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 13.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Surajpur to Balrampur.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Patwari as appointed under the Provision of Section 104 of Land Revenue Code and it is the district Cadre post which could not have been transferred out of the district, it would also adversely affect the seniority and promotional prospects of the petitioner.

3. Given the said facts, let petitioner make an appropriate representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from

-2today and on receipt of such representation the respondents shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
