1. The petitioner has been working initially as Control Room Assistant and subsequently now as a Date Entry Operator on daily wage basis under the respondents.

2. According to the petitioner the respondent authorities have meanwhile processed the claim of the petitioner for regularization and her claim was also scrutinized by way of an enquiry that was conducted by the authorities concerned and thereafter the report of the said enquiry was placed before the respondent No.4 for passing an appropriate order on that, however, thereafter there has been no further development.

-23. The counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that let the respondent No.4 take an appropriate decision on the said finding of the enquiry.

4. Given the said submission by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.3&4 to ensure that the claim of the petitioner for regularization is considered in accordance with the rules governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
