This is second bail application.

First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 6.4.2016 in M.Cr.C.No.1842 of 2016. 3.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, second bail application is dismissed. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 4.2.2016, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
