This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.302/2016, registered at Police Station Chirmiri, District Koriya (CG) for the offence punsihable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 , 120(B) of IPC. 3.

Considering the material available in the case diary, it appears, a group of people, out of which, the petitioner is one of the member are involved in cheating several people in the name of providing them jobs in Government OfÏces, although the main culprit appears to be one Vishnu Gupta, but the role of the applicant is no less important. 4.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to repeat the prayer after examination of complainant Panchram and victim Kalam Sai. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Shyna
