It is submitted by Mr. N.K. Malviya, that another Cr.A. No.1110/2018 has been filed by the appellant - Satendra Kumar along with other co-accused person, in which the appellant - Satendra has already been enlarged on bail after suspension of sentence of

imprisonment by this Court.

After perusal of the record of the Cr.A. No.1110/2018, it appears that, continuation of Cr.A. No.1470/2018 is no longer necessary, accordingly the same is disposed off.

Counsel in Cr.A. No.1470/2018 has been appointed by the High Court Legal Aid Committee, he is permitted to give his appearance, defend and plead in this appeal on behalf of the appellant No.-2 Satendra Kumar in Cr.A. No.1110/2018.
