Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 10.9.2018, Annexure P-1, whereby the petitioner has been sent from the office of Development Commissioner, Raipur to the post of Principal, Rural Development Training Centre, Jagdalpur, District Bastar. 2.

Contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is being sent outside the cadre and is being sent on deputation and the petitioner could not have been sent on deputation without his consent. 3.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today make a suitable representation to respondent no.1 who in turn shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and take a decision at the earliest. 4.

Till then, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned. 5.
