Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.69/2019, registered at Police Station - Khadgawan, District- Korea, Chhattisgarh for offence punishable under Section 294, 506, 307, 34 of the IPC, the applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail. This is repeat application filed by the applicant before this Court under Section 438 for grant of anticipatory bail. In order of this Court in his earlier application, MCRCA No.1013/2019 the applicant was directed to surrender before the trial Court and pray for regular bail.

It is submitted that the applicant had appeared before the trial Court and prayed for grant of bail, but, his application has been rejected. It is prayed that the application of the applicant be considered in view of the order passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in MCRC No.3267 of 2019 dated 26-062019. 3.

On perusal of the order dated 29-08-2019, there is nowhere mentioned that the applicant was present before that Court, however, the Court has dismissed the application on other grounds.

The applicant is again directed to give his appearance before the Sessions Court Korea and pray for grant of regular bail. It is further directed that the application so filed be considered preferably on the same day as far as practicable.

The petition stands disposed off.
