1. The applicants have preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 24.01.2021 in connection with Crime No. 20/2021 registered in Police Station- Kusmunda, District Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 392, 398, 411 of IPC.

2. The first bail application of the applicants was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide common order dated 01.07.2021 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1205/2021 & M.Cr.C. No. 1253/2021.

3. Today, none appeared on behalf of the applicants even in the third round.
