1. The limited relief that the petitioner prays for at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.3 for deciding the representation that the petitioner has made in respect of the alleged land belonging to the petitioner, which has been acquired by the respondent No.1 for construction and widening of the National Highway.
2. To the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, the counsel appearing for the respondents do not oppose.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 08.12.2017 of
the petitioner and pass a suitable order on its own merit in accordance with law.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The authorities concerned is expected to decide the same in accordance with law within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
