1. P.U.D. has been received from the Secretary High Court Legal Services Committee, Bilaspur, in which it is mentioned that the applicantNeelandri Giri W/o Jaldhar Giri Goshwami was granted bail vide order dated 17.11.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5960/2020 directed her to furnish surety of Rs.25,000/- and a personal bond of the same amount. It is mentioned in the P.U.D. that the applicant Neelandri is unable to furnish such bail bond, therefore, she has made prayer to release her only on personal bond.

2. The copy of the application is attached with the P.U.D. which has been forwarded through the Jail Authority.

3. Considered on the prayer made in the P.U.D. and on the application that has been filed by the applicant- Neelandri and on the order which was in her favour and also considering on the inability of the applicant to furnish the surety, the order dated 17.11.2020 in M.Cr.C. No.5960/2020 is modified and it is directed that the applicant be released on furnishing the personal bond of Rs.25,000/- by her.
