1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.30/2017 registered at Police Station Mulmula, District Janjgir-Champa for offences under Sections 354 and 354-D of the IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

2. The applicant has allegedly outraged the modesty of the prosecutrix who were coming back from the school, however, they have not supported the prosecution when they have been examined in the Court.

3. Learned State Counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail. However, the concerned SHO has not informed about any previous antecedents of the applicant's involvement in similar nature of

offence.

4. Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 26.3.2017, investigation is complete and as a matter of fact, statements of the prosecutrix have already been recorded in the Court, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
