Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 27/11/2017

1. The applicants have preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C, as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 191/2017, registered at Police Station Kasdol, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, C.G. for the offfence punishable under Section 20 (b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Having considered the quantity of Ganja recovered from the applicant and for the fact that 8 witnesses were already been examined till 16th October, 2017, the present is not considered to be a fit case for release of the applicants on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.

3. Let the trial Court proceeds to decide the trial expeditiously. If the trial is not over within next 6 months, the applicants would be at liberty to revive the prayer before this Court. Copy of this order be sent to the trial Court.
