1. P.U.D. received from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C., District- Kabirdham requesting for extension of time to dispose off the Special Sessions Case No.71/2019. This Court had while disposing off the M.Cr.C. No.7833 of 2019 on 07.02.2020 directed the Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months.

2. Considered on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D. regarding delay caused in conclusion of trial, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made for the extension. The extension as prayed is granted for further six months.
