1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider regularizing the period of suspension that petitioner has undergone between 05.09.2011 till 27.02.2019 on account of facing criminal trial during the said period.

2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to take appropriate

decision as to how the suspension period has to be treated and whether the petitioner would be entitled for the entire fully wages during the said period or not in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The petitioner would also be at liberty to file a fresh representation in respect of his claim to the authorities concerned in this regard.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
