1. The applicants have preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C, as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 161/2016, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Raipur, C.G. for the offfence punishable under Section 379/34 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants' seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move again after examination of material witnesses.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
