1. The grievance of the petitioner is the non-renewal of the contractual employment of the petitioner.

2. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, the only relief at this juncture, which can be granted is for the petitioner to make a suitable representation to the respondent No.6 for renewal of his contract or for issuance of a fresh contract.

3. Let the petitioner make a representation in this regard and on such representation being made, the authorities would be at liberty to pass fresh order in accordance with rules.
