1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 13.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the Office of Executive Engineer Water Resource, Division: Rajnandgaon, (C.G.) to the Office of Chief Engineer, Mahanadi Godawari Kachhar, Water Resource Department, Raipur, District: Raipur, (C.G.)

-22. The contention of the petitioner is that, he has got only 10 months of service left. At this juncture, as per the transfer policy, he could not have been transferred. Moreover, his pension proceedings must have been started by now.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, considering the short period of service left for this retirement. Let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the receipt of copy of this Order and the respondents in turn shall consider the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1, so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rahul
