1. This is the first application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant as he is in jail since 31.10.2020 in connection with Crime No. 483/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Jagdalpur, Bastar(CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 34 of the IPC.

2. No one appears on behalf of the applicant nor any representation is made even in the third round when the matter is called out for hearing.

3. In view of the above, this Court has left with no other option except to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution.
