1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Dr. Bhimrao Memorial Hospital, Raipur, District: Raipur to Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial Medical College, Rajnandgaon, District: Rajnandgaon, (C.G.).
2. The said impugned order reflects that the petitioner has sent on mutual transfer, however, there is a categorical statement made by the counsel for the petitioner that he has never made any request for being transferred nor has he made any request for mutual transfer.

Considering the facts of the case, that the petitioner has already made a representation, in addition to it, let the petitioner make another representation to the respondent within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondent in turn shall consider and take final decision at the earliest, within a period of further 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order (Annexure P-1), so far as the petitioner is concerned.
