After hearing the submission, this petition is disposed off. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file appropriate petition before appropriate forum and to see that it is taken care of that, members of the Maintenance Tribunal For Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen are not made

In the meanwhile, it is ordered that the impugned order passed against the petitioner shall remain stayed for a period of 15 days. 3.
