1. This is fourth bail application. The earlier bail application was rejected on merits on 02.09.2015, 22.2.2016 and lastly on 04.07.2016. While rejecting the 3rd bail application on 04.07.2016 it was observed that out of 11 witnesses, 6 witnesses have been examined, therefore, no urgency was found and the bail was rejected.

2. Subsequently now it is submitted by the counsel that out of 11 witnesses, 9 witnesses have been examined and the remaining witnesses are police personnel and one application has been moved by the prosecution u/s 311 Cr.P.C., wherein one of the witnesses has been examined and discharged and again recalled which may take some time, therefore, considering the fact that the applicant is a lady and is in jail since 29.07.2015, she may be enlarged on bail.

3. Considering the fact that out of 11 witnesses, 9 witnesses have already been examined and on earlier occasions, the bail has been rejected on merits I am not inclined to go into the merits of the case at this stage. However, taking into totality of the facts situation of the case, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of 3 months from today.

4. With the above direction/observations, this petition stands finally disposed of.
