1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner owned a land situated at Gudhiyari bearing Khasra No.869/1 admeasuring 0.025 hectare. It is stated that the State has used the land for construction of the road and though for 64 meter, the compensation has been granted; however, in respect of 86 meter, about 0.0086 hectare, still compensation remains to be awarded. Under the circumstances, the petitioner has made an application dated 25.07.2019 on the ground that though the entire land including the land for which the petitioner has not been granted compensation has been used for construction of road but still remains to be decided. He further submits that the application has been made to the Collector on 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-4), therefore, the Collector may be directed to decide the same so that adequate compensation for the actual loss caused to the petitioner is calculated.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without any observation on the merits, as the petitioner claims that more land though was acquired but less compensation has been paid for the area which comprised in the road, the Collector Raipur is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a further period of 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.
